My Dukan Diet Diary

Read all about my weeks on the Dukan Diet, I've kept a history of everything I have eaten on this diet, documented my failures and successes. I hope you find my dukan diary both entertaining and informative.

My weight-loss goals are:

  1. 69.9kg (a loss of 3.6kg from Dukan starting weight)
    Achieved this on the 19/7/2010 at the end of week 4
  2. 65kg    (a loss of 8.5kg from dukan starting weight)
  3. 60kg    (a loss of 16.5kg from dukan starting weight)

I am 163cm tall and 26 yrs old. The heaviest I have ever been is 76.5kg, the lightest 58kg.
