Hi Chere, I use the natural Stevia sweetener its plant based. I am wary of aspartame. The beef stock is a power from Continental. It does have a small amount of rice flour in it but the amount I use shouldn't make too big of a difference.
THIS was a godsend! I don't know why i've not made it until now, when i've been on this diet for about 3 months (on and off - as life throws things at you lol). I'm not sure by having this if it's slowed my loss but honestly, right now i don't care lol It was a flavor sensation to my tired bored taste buds. Definitely better with chicken though. All i can say is YUM!!!
Started the dukan diet and within 3 days lost 1.9 kgs. I have so much energy esp since giving up energy drinks (very ironic). I want to lose a further 13 kgs to get down to a size 8-10. Reciepes are great
Thank you so much for compiling some recipes for this, I'm glad there are people out there more creative than I am. You mentioned that you use Stevia, was that in this recipe? The stevia I have is very strong, it seems like 1tsp would be a lot.
i'm a teenager (on the diet with my mum for support) and i was getting so bored of the dukan diet, and sick of not having any sauce with my meat. tried this sauce and it was awesome!! no more dry meat for me! thanks so much for the recipe ;)
We had this sauce last night with t-bone steak without the mushrooms as it was a pure protein night. It was delicious. Can't wait to try it with the shrooms on some chicken. Thankyou for sharing your recipes. I am running out of ideas to keep the meals interesting.

I'm really struggling. I've kept to the diet. I've been having oat bran for breakfast with fish for lunch and chicken or fish for dinner. I've been doing it 3 days and have gained weight not lost it. I feel very disheartened right now
Hiya, I am on day three of the Attack Phase. I'll be honest. I am in struggle town. I think I'm losing the weight slowly because I've been too put off by pure protein I barely feel like eating. Or is the pure protein being very affective and minimising my appetite? All in all. Thank you so much for this recipe. I am very much looking forward to dinner tonight!
Hi Alyssa, Protein is very filling and takes longer to digest. Have you measured yourself? Sometimes the weight loss won't show up on the scales but maybe you lost an inch?
This was fantastic! Soooo good I wish I had this recipe pre-dukan! Didn't use sweetener Going to have it again today no mushrooms, less pepper, more garlic and have it has Garlic Prawns.

Wow! I altered the recipe by using chicken stock as I wanted the sauce to go with roast chicken. The sauce was absolutely amazing!
