  1.  Yummy. I'd love to try it. I was wondering if corn flour is allowed? Is it a carbo?
    thanks

    1.  Yes.... I am curious about that too?!

    2.  you can have corn flour and corn starch, the book says that as it's in such small amounts in recipes, it's allowed

  2.  Where can you find Corn Flour? I looked at my local grocery store, maybe I need to go to a health food store?

  3.  what is corn flour?....i have seen that listed in several recipes........

  4.  Is the chicken breast cooked or raw when it's mixed into the batter? I'm thinking it should be cooked chicken breast that goes into it as I can't picture putting raw chicken to bake in a muffin - but the recipe isn't really clear.

  5.  Corn flour is the same as Cornstarch or Maizena

  6.  corn flour is a thickening agent, used in sauces, gravies etc

  7.  the chicken is cooked

  8.  Hi
    Great Site:)
I have tried body trim but I couldn't handle all the protein snacks every 3 hrs to hard to do.

I just wanted to know how many of the muffins can you have a day? and how many does the recipe make 12?

  9.  This recipe sounds great, I am not a fan of chicken breast (prefer thigh) and have some in the fridge to use, will definately be trying this one out tomorrow!

  10.  I used Chicken mince in this recipe.
I didn't need to cook it before putting it in the mix either because it cooks in the oven. Turned out great. =)

  11.  Do you have to use wheat ran or could you use all oat bran?

    1.  I googled that and this is what I found:
Oat bran is moister and has a more appealing flavor than wheat bran.
Wheat bran is drier and has a less appealing flavor than oat bran.

If you try it with all oat bran let us know.

  12.  Is Wheat Bran the same as Wheat Germ ?
