I just started the attack phase today. I did awesome except after I ate my yogurt, I noticed the first ingredient was high fructose corn syrup. I'm totally bummed. I'm assuming that yogurt with sugar is off limits. Is this correct?
I just started my diet today and yeah, no high fructose corn syrup. I had a siggi's icelandic yogurt which is all natural and sweetend with very little agave syrup. The taste is tart but it is non-fat and barely any sugars. I think you can buy it on the web or at least find a store that carries it in your area. Hope this helps and good luck.
I have trying eating Chobani Greek Yogurt. It is so good, it has only two ingrediants, milk and cultures. Try it, it also comes in fruit, which is not bad!1
i just have a random question to ask you.. if i were to start on the attack phase , just so you know im on cruise stage now but i have put on 1 kg so i wanna do attack stage, and i have to do 4 days of attack stage, is it ok if i do 2 days of attack, 3rd day i hav a function so i eat like normal and continue on 4th day? do advise me
This is almost 2 months late but for anyone reading this I don't think it's necessary or advisable at this time to do another 4 days of attack. You are on the Cruise phase so continue alternating the 1 PP day/1 PV day. If you have a function to go to it is better to follow a PV day than to eat foods that are not on the allowed list. Avoid fatty, starchy, salty food.
It is normal to gain some weight and lose it on this phase because you are now eating vegetables. Remember to walk at least 30 minutes everyday or some other activity and to drink 1.5 - 2 litres of water (includes coffee, tea, or diet drink). If after the function you gain some weight just increase your walk to 1 hour for a couple of days or so and don't eat any tolerated foods.
Also, if you are female, and it's that time of the month, it is normal to gain weight or stagnate for awhile. So just be patient.
