Well a pretty uneventful week, only lost 100g? not sure what to make of that, maybe I'm building up muscle again. I'm going to change my mindset a little and focus more on toning my body than actual weight. Hopefully as I work on the exercise part the weight wont matter so much, I'm looking for physical changes now not the scales.

Is that Diet Mousse you're eating allowed? I've got the Dukan book and I've looked at mousse on the shelf and there's way too much stuff not allowed that's in it. For starters, your yoghurt should have more protein than carb in it, adn i would apply this method to mousse as well. Maybe switch this to diet vanilla yoghurt and see how your weight loss goes. Same with the diet caramel dessert. Check the labels.

you've done so well, i'm on week 22 of the online coaching, i reached my true weight 10 weeks ago and so am now in consolidation, it does become a struggle, i found after 2 weeks my sweet tooth had almost disappeared but then i had a trip to new york and ate anything and everything and lo and behold it was back! i think even though it's really hard a few weeks of no cheating really does overcome this. i would also say that it doesnt look like you eat much at all, i snack or graze as diet people like to say all day long on seafood and cooked meats. also 1 last thing bacon isn't allowed on dukan:-(xx

I have done Dukan before successfully to reach 60 kilos. Although I have maintained this weightloss I have noticed sugar creeping into my diet and mad cravings. So I am doing ATTACK. The sugar detox is brutal but by day 3 I am feeling good again and able to eat sugar in small amounts as long as I eat it with protein and eat the protein first. Dukan definitely has helped me to redefine my relationship with sugar, even 'healthy' sugars in fruit and honey.

I am enjoying the comments and the interaction between the Dukan dieters. I have just started week 3 and it is so encouraging to read how you are dealing with it. Still going well?

Try using Stevia for those sugar cravings - its meant to be better for you than Aspartame...
I have to share my fave "bread" recipe - if you havent tried this I recommend you do>
(Makes 2 slices of bread - only eat one a day on Attack)
3 table spoons Oat Bran
1 egg
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 table spoon lo fat/sugar free yoghurt.
Mix it all up in a bowl and put it in a long rectangle baking dish. Nuke it in microwave for 3.30 - 4 mins (depending on the age/power of your microwave) - pull it out and cut it in half - you should end up with what looks like two nice slices of bread.
I am now adding a teaspoon of Stevia and some Cinnamon to this recipe to make it a bit sweeter - kind of tastes like a bran muffin. Great with lite cream cheese spread on it. Also good without the Stevia/Cinnamon if you want something to put some poached eggs/salmon on in the morning.
I tried to toast this bread but you have to watch it very carefully otherwise it burns...
Anyway, thats my tip for the day (oh...and eat heaps of asparagus on vege days in Cruise - helps move water!)..
:)
Anyone found any Dukan friendly chocolate??

Thanks for the great recipes Hayley! I'm on day 7 of the Attack Phase on Dukan. I found an awesome product at my local store that is so amazing and it really makes me feel like I'm eating normally. The website is http://waldenfarms.com/index.html and all of their products are sugar free, fat free, carb free, gluten free and reasonable in price. I'm lucky because my local grocery carries several of their line, but at least, you can order from the website. All my life I have hated diet versions of real foods, but seriously, Walden Farms stuff is as good or better than the high sugar/fat/carb stuff I normally buy. So far, I've tried the chocolate syrup, chocolate dipping sauce, caramel syrup, strawberry dipping sauce and Barbecue Sauce. Yum! I paid $3.69 US for each bottle, but it's $4.99 on their product page: http://waldenfarms.com/products/all_products.html The good news is that I've lost 6 lbs in 7 days. Only 75 more to go! (Yikes!) Honestly, I don't know if I could do this without those products--it makes everything so tasty, like my caramel flavored fat free yogurt. Hope this can help you as it did me. Good luck!

As a follow up to my previous comment, I just checked out some Walden Farms product reviews on Amazon.com and You Tube. I can't believe there a people who are bashing the product. There are no other products like these in any market that I know of that has zero calories/sugar/fat/carbs etc. But everyone has different tastes, so make sure to try one or two first to ensure it suits your taste. One woman on You Tube ordered over $50 US worth of product but didn't like any of it because of the consistency. Who cares? If it tastes better than any other dietetic product out there, it's a WIN in my book. WF also has single serve dressing packets to take with you. No-I don't work or market for the company. I'm just a girl trying to lose weight and have a little variety and good taste!
